Refunds at Flavourpur are subject to the following conditions –
If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
If in any case you received a damaged product then send us a product opening video. Our internal team will investigate. If concern found genuine then refund will be initiated.
If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete.
Flavourpur reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.
